Terms & Agreement
Please read these terms carefully. By reserving a court you agree to be bound by them.
1. Bookings
A reservation is a request for court time at the date, time and court(s) you select. Your reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified. Unpaid or unverified reservations are held for a limited time and may be released without notice.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking through the payment methods offered at checkout. You are responsible for entering accurate payment details and, where required, uploading a clear and legitimate proof of payment. Bookings paid with an invalid, altered or unverifiable receipt will be cancelled.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Unless stated otherwise in the venue policy below, all confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits or reschedules are issued for no-shows, late arrival, or unused court time.
4. Use of the facility
Players use the courts and premises at their own risk. You agree to follow all venue rules and staff instructions, to use appropriate footwear and equipment, to vacate the court promptly at the end of your slot, and to be responsible for any damage or loss you cause. The venue is not liable for injury, illness, or loss or damage to personal property.
5. Changes & closures
In the rare event of an unexpected closure (such as maintenance, power interruption, or weather), the venue will contact affected customers to reschedule. Court assignments may be changed for operational reasons.
6. Contact & personal data
The contact details you provide are used to manage your booking and to send booking-related notifications. By booking you consent to being contacted about your reservation.
